Opening Circle & Intention Setting: Begin the day by setting personal intentions in a supportive circle, grounding yourself for the journey ahead.
Guided Meditation & Pranayama: Engage in a deep meditation session, coupled with ancient breathwork techniques to clear the mind , cleanse and balance the mind and body.
Vinyasa Yoga Workshop: Flow through a dynamic sequence that synchronizes breath with movement allow yourself to move through nourishing movements and transitions that feels good for your body, there will also be the opportunity to learn some more playful transitions and postures embracing our inner child’s spirt.
Yin Yoga: Transition into a slower-paced practice, focusing on deep stretching and holding poses to release tension and promote relaxation.
Yoga Nidra with Aromatherapy Head Massage: Experience a guided Yoga Nidra session, complemented by a soothing head massage using aromatic oils, promoting deep rest and allow yourself to journey deeper to your heart space.
Nature Walk & Optional Beach Dip: Conclude the retreat with a mindful walk through the lush gardens, leading down to the beach. For those who wish, take a refreshing dip in the sea
Nourishing Lunch: Enjoy a delicious, plant-based lunch featuring locally sourced ingredients, replenishing energy and providing a wholesome end to the retreat experience.
